We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the courts of the Province of Ontario, subject to your rights under provincial consumer protection legislation.
